Shipping policy

All items are made to order and will be shipped from our shop.  

Great care is taken in packaging and prepping each order, however once your package is in possession of USPS or carrier we are not responsible for lost or damaged items and delivery errors.  Please file a report with the carrier in the rare chance you experience this.
